1. About ALPA
ALPA provides digital prompt books and related creative resources for use with third-party AI tools. ALPA does not operate the AI models used to generate your images or videos.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase an ALPA product. If you use ALPA for a business or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business or client.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of availability, price, launch date, discount, bonus, or access. We may send product and launch updates to the email address you provide. You can unsubscribe through an email link or by contacting us.
4. Product information and orders
Before payment, the product page will show the product format, included materials, price, currency, delivery method, and any specific technical requirements. Your order becomes binding when payment is accepted and you receive an order confirmation, subject to any right to cancel granted by applicable law.
We may refuse or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unauthorised payment, legal restriction, or technical failure. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount received for that order.
5. Digital delivery
ALPA products are delivered electronically through the method stated at checkout, such as a download link, email, or account access. No physical item will be shipped unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
You are responsible for providing a working email address and checking spam or promotions folders. If you do not receive access within the delivery time shown at checkout, contact [project.alpa.team@gmail.com]with your order number.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Because ALPA products contain digital content, cancellation and refund rights may change once download or access begins. Before checkout, customers must be shown the refund terms and any consent required by local consumer law.
We will provide a replacement link, technical support, or a refund where required by law or when:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- the purchased file cannot be accessed because of an issue controlled by ALPA and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time;
- the delivered product materially differs from the description shown at checkout;
- ALPA cancels the paid order before delivery.
We generally do not refund a digital product merely because a customer changed their mind after receiving or accessing it, except where applicable law gives the customer that right.
To request help or a refund, email [project.alpa.team@gmail.com] within 14 days of purchase and include the order number and a description of the problem. We normally respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the payment provider's processing time may apply.
7. Licence to use ALPA products
When you purchase an ALPA product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use its prompts and materials for your own personal or commercial creative work, including images or videos produced for your own brand or individual clients.
You may adapt the prompts for your projects. Unless the product page grants broader rights, you may not:
- resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, sublicense, or give away the prompt book or a substantial part of it;
- place the files in a shared library, membership, course, prompt database, marketplace, or public repository;
- copy the product to create or sell a competing prompt collection;
- remove copyright, brand, or ownership notices;
- claim that you wrote or own the original ALPA materials.
Your licence does not transfer ownership of the ALPA product or brand.
8. Your images, clients, and permissions
You remain responsible for the photos, logos, trademarks, client materials, personal data, and other content you upload to a third-party AI tool. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that material.
Do not use ALPA prompts to impersonate a person, create deceptive content, violate privacy or publicity rights, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or produce content prohibited by law or by the chosen AI provider.
If you create work for a client, tell the client when AI disclosure or consent is required by contract, platform rules, or local law.
9. Third-party AI tools
ALPA prompts may be used with third-party AI services. Those services are separate from ALPA and may charge fees, limit generations, change models, reject prompts, retain uploads, or apply their own commercial-use rules.
You are responsible for reviewing the provider's terms, privacy policy, content rules, output-ownership terms, and model-release requirements before uploading images or using generated content commercially.
ALPA is not responsible for a third-party service's availability, charges, moderation decisions, output, data practices, or changes.
10. Results and professional decisions
AI outputs vary by model, version, settings, prompt changes, reference files, and random generation. Examples on the website show possible results and do not promise that your output will be identical.
ALPA does not guarantee income, engagement, sales, client results, image accuracy, or acceptance by a social platform. You must review generated content before publishing or delivering it to a client.
11. Intellectual property
The ALPA website, brand, product text, prompt collections, layouts, graphics, and original materials are owned by the operator or used under licence. Applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws protect them.
“ALPA AI” and related brand assets may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or ownership without written permission.
12. Website use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, scrape protected product content, bypass access controls, use the site for fraud, or place an unreasonable load on its systems.
We may restrict access when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, legal requirements, or the rights of another person.
13. Disclaimers and liability
The website and digital products are provided with the rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, ALPA excludes implied warranties not stated in these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, ALPA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, lost data, or loss caused by a third-party AI service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or any mandatory consumer right.
14. Changes to products or Terms
We may update the website, product details, and these Terms. A change will not remove rights that already apply to a completed purchase. The current Terms will appear on this page with the latest revision date.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms, an order, product access, or a refund can be sent to [project.alpa.team@gmail.com].
